Review: SUPERIOR PRODUCT - These are so far superior to the bamboo style banneton they shouldn't even be compared to each other. These are a little pricey, however they are worth it. The statement you get what you pay for applies here. Your bread doesn't stick, you don't have to wash liners, they absorb moisture. My only complaint is you can't really clean them so some of my cinnamon sugar loaf leaked and there is nothing I can do about it that one has just become the sugar loaf banneton. If you tried to clean them they peel apart like a cardboard box in the rain.
