When I received my second set one 15 lb weight was missing and when I finally heard back from customer service they said shipment of the one missing weight could take up to 30 days!!! I ordered on Prime Day and heard back 2 days ago. **Q: Is this comfort grip supposed to be this pointy & pokey? On the heavier weights, can't use it without gloves. Thought it these were to make it easier!** A: I only have one weight that has two jaggedy points I need to file smooth. I don’t need to use gloves nor would I want to. Maybe you got a bad set. **Q: What's the difference between chrome and black handles other than appearance?** A: It looks nice yes, but it seems to have less slippage.
