The directions are not very good--they tell you to drill a hole that is too large, so maybe consider not doing that. The bolts seemed to be surprisingly soft metal. I stripped one of the heads when I was installing, so now it's a permanent feature of the house. Installing is a little difficult because the holes in the grips are a little deeper than my my allen wrench. The grips themselves are nice and seem like they'll hold up pretty well. If they came with higher quality mounting hardware, I would have gone to 5-stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice but frustrating *by Y***I on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2017* Getting these to work took a lot of time and frustration. The screws were terrible! My husband ended up making several trips to the hardware store to find ones that weren't going to bend and would screw in right. Now that they are up they are wonderful.
