It absorbs amazingly well and lasts a long time. I even used it on chapped lips and it works. No dies or additives of any kind makes it very unique. It can feel kind of gritty but that's just because all the particles have no dissolved. I put a little into palm of my hand and rub it with other hand till it's melted...and it still has a few gritty pieces left that quickly dissolve when on the warmth of my skin for a few seconds. I will continue to used on my very dry hands (food industry wash them a lot) and hope to continue getting the same results...smooth supple skin. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product, crappy packaging. *by B***W on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2017* I used this in cold process soap. I am happy with the quality of the shea itself and the final result in my bar soap.The only down side is the packaging. Since this is unrefined, it is soft. I had a lot of waste due to the ziplock bag packaging. For this reason I will not be repurchasing.
