And of course the pillow. This thing is awesome! It's really easy to inflate, it takes at most 5 big breaths and boom fully inflated. I really liked how I could completely control just how soft or firm it was by how much air I put in. Most pillows don't have that option, and it made an incredible amount of difference. I found as I changed positions that I would add or remove air to make myself more comfortable. It was incredibly convenient, not to mention very easily stored when not in use. I would also like to note that the pillow inflates similar to a pool toy, that is the place you breath into I mean. Really easy and while the pillow itself is plastic, it doesn't squeak when you move. Plus the pillow comes out of the cloth sleeve for easy cleaning of the inside and outside! Comfortable, and easy to inflate (once I figured out that the little plug has two pieces, so you can quickly deflate it at the end of a flight and stuff it into the little bag. The drawsting bag is actually a really good thing: When I get on a plane, I stuff all the things I might need (earphones, some candies, cellphone) so they stay in one place and I won't forget them, and won't have them in contact with whatever fun surprises are inside the seat pocket (used gum, etc) The earplugs were okay, but I am very picky and prefer a specific type. But I keep them in the stuff sack in case of a screaming-toddler emergency.

I bought 3 of these for a significantly long plane ride, one for myself and each if my companions.
