I'm having twins so they say the morning sickness is amplified die to the hormones. Anyhow, as soon as I received my order I was nervous is these would work or not. I tried gingerale, I tried saltine crackers, just about everything bit I had morning sickness that would be from the time I got up even at night before bed..just all day morning sickness. I popped one of these in my mouth as soon as I got that nausea feeling and it worked almost immediately!!! These have been my MUST HAVE item throughout my entire 1st trimester! Now that I am over that phase...I just still keep a bag around in case I, or anyone gets sick and has that nausea feeling.
