The webcam itself is great. The picture is stunning. The IR video feed is great. The zoom is good enough for me. Once working this camera is a steal.The problem is in the difficulty of set up. The directions are very sparse and don't explain how to set the camera app up very well. The directions do not explain at all how to access your camera from a desktop application. The English is pretty bad. Having said that, it wasn't impossible to do either. It took me about an hour to figure out how to set this up on my app and on my desktop.Here's how I did it:1. Hook up the camera to your router using an ethernet cord.2. Download the p2pwificam app onto your Android or Apple device and add your camera via the smartlink option. Your username and password are on the bottom of the camera. The password is not blank as some have said (at least not for mine).3. Once the camera set up is completed using the smartlink option, you can remove the ethernet cord and access the camera via wifi.4. To access this from your computer instead of the app, you will have to log into your router and find the IP address of the camera. My camera decided to use a rather vague device name so this might require some trial and error. Once you have the IP address you can just type the IP address into your browser and log in.This would be a five star product if the directions were clearer.

APP renders this camera USELESS!
Recommended app does not function with p2p cameras as intended making camera useless. When attempting to bind camera to same network if you get INVALID ID message app does not let you delete camera and settings GEAR in app does not respond. Manually attempting to use pull down list to edit camera settings is to no avail. Back it goes!
