Heavy, diamond cross-hatching on the bottom interior is very useful to prevent sticking. The Gauge on top is well engineered as is the lock. We have cooked briskets, stew and collards and everything turned out terrific. Well worth the cost. We would highly recommend!

A: The Vitavit Premium® Pressure Cooker has a multifunctional valve with 4 settings for precise adjustment, from Gentle Cooking to Express Cooking and even a "No-pressure steam" setting. The Vitaquick® Pressure Cooker has no adjustable valve but still allows to control the pressure by monitoring the large and easy to read pressure indicator which has two cooking settings, one for delicate food and one for denser foods.
