Review: Comfortable & Effective - We have been using these for years. After going through practically all kinds of different ear plugs, we've finally found the perfect ones for us. We use these when working with loud machinery and it cancels most of the loud noises while still allowing you to hear if someone is closely speaking to you. They are very malleable. They are easy to conform and adjust to your ears and then open in your ear canal just enough to keep the excessive noises out. We don't use them deep in the ear. Only about 1/2 the earplugs are in and the other 1/2 stick out. They fit perfectly, are comfortable, and does not cause itching as other brands do. They also do not fall out or bother when you sleep on your sides and are super soft. We have found many uses for these over time. I have no ear drum in one ear and I use them to protect my ear from water in the shower and when I get my hair done at the beauty salon. It keeps it completely dry and protected. We also use them at night to sleep and drown out any outside noises. I use mine first to drown out the TV as my husband catches a later show and I fall fast asleep. We both have had better quality of sleep since using these They have been extremely useful for us.

**Q: Are there different sizes in the package?  The picture shows different sizes.**
A: They are all the same size. There are 60 pairs foam ear plugs and one pair silicone ear plugs in the package.

**Q: made in usa?**
A: Almost certainly not. The writing on the image giving instructions for how to insert the earplug was clearly written by a non-native speaker.

**Q: Do the bottles have plastic over the lid or a seal under it for safety?**
A: I cannot remember if plastic was used over the lid. It is a screw on lid, with a cardboard sealer in the lid. Maybe the manufacturer could advise you. I do know these earplugs are awesome for cancelling noise.  I had bought a quality pair of noise screening earphones and they did not do the job. Tough to screen the noise of a trampoline over your head.

I am a light sleeper, and these earplugs have been a tremendous help. The foam is super soft and comfortable, making them perfect for wearing all night. They expand gently in the ear canal, providing a snug yet comfortable fit, and offer excellent noise reduction for sleeping, studying, or traveling. Pros: - Great Noise Reduction: Helps block out snoring, traffic, and background noise. - Super Soft & Good Fit: Expands well for different ear sizes. - Generous Quantity: Comes with plenty of earplugs, making it a great value. Cons: - May Not Block 100% of Noise: While they significantly reduce noise, extremely loud sounds may still be faintly heard. - Somewhat Comfortable: I am a side sleeper and have no problem wearing them, but new earplugs do cause some discomfort as they push against my ear canals. - Noise Cancellation Reduces with Each Use: If you reuse them, they become more comfortable, but the noise cancellation diminishes with each subsequent use.
