I just started giving them to my 14 month old daughter who has a lot of teeth already. In fact, so did my son. If your kids don't already have a lot of their back teeth in, I'd probably wait before giving them these and use a liquid only brand. But, once they are able to chew things effectively, I'd highly recommend these. The gelcap is a bit chewy as it's just gelatin but I like that it doesn't have any sugar and just has a slight citrus scent.
