I'm one of those. Sensitive to certain supliments. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks. At first it was fine. 3 days in and I developed reflux at night along with deplorable gass!!! I slept with the window open. Day 4 was the beginning of diarrhea and nausea. I was like that until day 6. It was only in the morning then went away. I was miserable. I backed the dose down to 2 instead of 3 and I'm doing great! I definitely makes it to where I don't want to eat. When I do sit down to eat I only want enough to top me off. I've lost a few pounds. Nothing over the top but this is working well with my low carb no/low sugar lifestyle. *Can't wait until Christmas to go crazy on carbs and sugar!!!* Anyway I get my blood work in about 2 weeks so I will report out any changes in my cholesterol and A1C. Gut health is so important for longevity. This is a bit pricey. The product is ok...you will have to decide upon if it's worth the price.
