This waffle maker heats quickly and although small, does a good job of making exceptionally crispy waffles. It also stands up for storage which I found suprisingly wonderful. I've used this to make waffles most Saturdays and two big batches of breakfast burritos for the freezer (seared with the panini press plates purchased separately). Last weekend it died mid-waffle with no indication of why.
