I wear these as septum rings and there are a few (the skull and gem rings) that fit 16G perfectly while most of the open rings are a slightly smaller gauge so they rattle around a little (not too bad, my nose adjusted and I didn’t notice it after a minute). Also most of the open rings are slightly too big (diameter wise) to flip into my nose.
