It does not correspond to the American sizing I'm accustomed to. Other reviewers have pointed this out and I will do so again. I usually wear a small or even extra small (120 lbs., 5'5"), but for this item a medium fits perfectly. This was what the sizing chart suggested. Also be aware that it does "push up" your breasts as indicated in the photos. Speaking of photos, I found the ones furnished with the description of the cami very helpful. When received, the item was exactly as pictured.
