I will admit that the kit is more difficult than it seems like the other reviews mention and that I definitely messed up my first box. I chalked it up to being my own user error. It’s worth noting that the box says to go to their website site for help and there’s hardly anything there.My next box I followed the one YouTube video I could find for a little guidance and got it. Then I tasted it.It tastes like mold. Like a moldy warehouse. I thought maybe that I must’ve messed up again somehow. How can caramel taste so awful? So tasted my first incorrect batch and it tasted just as bad.I’m so disappointed. I thought the mixed reviews were still worth it because I love their candy apple mix and it just sounded like these were more complicated. But instead they’re extremely poor quality and gross.
