There are various sizes but I wish there were more for the lower back then for the shoulder or any little small spots. They say that it is extremely sticky, you wear it for 24 hours. Waited more then 5 weeks for the product and still have not received the product. Asking for a review even before the product is delivered. Finally, thank goodness I was able to find another product, that works just as well. The product works but dealing with the wait time is not worth it. With this product I am able to push out my back injections from every 2 months to 9 months.
