Cathy was very kind and resolved this matter to where she nor I were penalized. I am leaving a 4 star review and not perfect because objectively speaking what happened to me should have never happened:I ordered the dress and was eager to receive the ball gown exactly as on the image in the Amazon's item page which had crystals or sequences throughout the tulle in the skirt and a waistline and neckline which were full of silver rhinestones.The gown has exceptional workmanship. It is very well made and the lace and color is exactly as displayed. The size and length were perfect also as she takes the time to email the purchaser to confirm their measurements which I also think is great. The quality of the lace and tulle is also amazing. This does look like a very expensive dress.Now here goes the downside:a.- There are no crystals nor sequences nor any other bead of any sort on the tulle skirt as is shown on the item image.b.- The rhinestones were not all silver. Some were silver and some were "aurora borealis" or iridescent. Although nice, they will stand out in the photos. My daughter's theme was Chanel, so aurora borealis didn't do the job; we needed silver and silver only as displayed.c.- The beaded waistline and bust line were very lacking of rhinestones. It was nothing like the rich strip displayed on the image.Unfortunately I neglected to detail the images that were posted for previous reviews, upon seeing them closer I was able to realize that they were exactly as the dress I received. I should have taken this into consideration. Nevertheless; I'm posting the pictures of the dress on the day we received it so you can be the judge.d.- Cathy immediately issued a refund and I didn't have to send the item back which was very nice of her to do, and we really appreciated that.With all that happened though; we lost valuable shopping time for the dress and we had to begin again with our trend of thought which just added to the stress. She asked me to donate it to charity and I will send it to Cuba for another Quinceñera to wear.e.- When I asked Cathy why was the dress so different she explained that what I received was the dress they made. You be the judge by my pics if this item resembled the Amazon item.Cathy; if this is the case; why don't you just remove the picture on the item page now and replace it with the correct one??? I had figured we would have to fix a few thing when it arrived but truth be told it was so well made I almost left it as is. We added some floppy sleeves to give it a princess look but it would have been fine without it.
