Brought it for my wife and she loves it although it really looks like a yoga bag I think aesthetically you can improve it without the weird ruffles. The containers that come with it are very small and only one freezer cold pack but finally got my wife to start using her Burberry bag while this is her main driver to carry larger loads which can be left in the car

I love this bag, it's almost perfect. You can put everything inside: lunch, tennis shoes, a sweater, plus your yoga mat. The only issue is the straps tend to slide off my shoulder, which is very uncomfortable; I'm considering adding anti slip tape or similar to fix this.
