This brand seems to be of high quality. It was easy to prepare. I take 2 tablespoons a day. I feel more energy and great after each time I take it in the morning. It gives me an overall good feeling when I take it. I have not tried it on my skin yet. Also, I looked on Google / YouTube and learned how to make it from other people. They said to add a squeeze of lime to the water that I put it in to soak, so it becomes more alkaline. I did not taste the lime at all. The taste of the seaweed gel is a mild and not overwhelming at all according to my taste. I actually like the way it tastes. A small amount of this dried sea moss goes a long way and there is a lot in the package, so it is a good deal for the price in my opinion. I am glad that I learned about this product. I am not a doctor or health professional but I would recommend it as a very good supplement for your health from my own experience in using it.
