Of course this happened during a particularly cold week. I can't use the heater in the dog house now and the dogs are exposed to freezing temperatures. I am extremely disappointed as I spent $640 on this product and it lasted only 2 weeks. I'm contacting Amazon to see what can be done and will update this review with their response.
