I have LED camping lanterns in each room of my house to grab during power outages, which were frequent earlier this year. I used this tape to mark the front and top of each one with about an inch long piece of tape. This tape has a peel off layer you have to remove from the back, but it comes off pretty easily. It sticks well and does glow when the lights are out.Overall, I like this tape and will use it for all kinds of applications. Pretty great adhesive strength but it pulls off clean if you need to remove it. It's a lot of fun and works awesome with a UV spectrum laser, The glowing is visible even without being in total darkness, And even a small amount of the tape once strongly charged will emit enough glow to see pretty well in pitch black almost like a flashlight! Sadly, it's not very bright at all. I would say you have about 5-10 minutes of useful light and after that.. it's very dim. Unless your eyes adjust to pitch black darkness. It's not a beacon of light guiding you home as STICKMAN's pictures would make you believe. I would very much like to see the photo's metadata that shows ISO, Aperture, & Shutter settings. If you have a DSLR w/ a full frame sensor and at ISO 256,000 and exposed for 30 seconds then yeah.. I guess it could look like that.
