Perfect for making hot rod part!
Works perfect for what we use it for. We use to make a hot rod part for our tbucket. Price was good and will let us make a bunch.

High quality
This 3/16" thick sheet was purchased to make mud flaps for my Kubota RTV900. It appears to be very high quality neoprene and it does not smell as strong or as bad as many have claimed. I am very happy with the purchase.

Rolled Rubber
Overall this worked very well. My only complaint is it smells really bad it stunk up my entire house until I installed it on my truck. I used it to replace the splash guard on the fender in the engine compartment! Time will tell if it last even close to the 34 years the original lasted.

Applied to Weight Racks (for 5# to 120# dumbbells) using Contact Cement
I repainted weight racks and wanted to protect the area the weights rest on. I needed 6 foot strips, ranging from 2" to 4" wide - it was most cost effective to buy the large roll and cut the strips I needed. The rubber did have a smell, but it always will at first and then goes away eventually. The roll measured just over the size I ordered (both length and width) and the edges were cut straight. I marked with a pen (and could see the line) and cut with a razor blade (my cuts were straight enough). I scuffed the painted surface then cleaned it and the rubber strips with rubbing alcohol. You'll need plenty of ventilation and a mask when using Contact Cement (I used Dap Weldwood). Just brushed it onto both surfaces, waited about 20 mins, and then laid the rubber strips on the rack. The 6 ft long strip were flimsy, so two people were needed to lay it, we tried not to stretch it but every strip we laid had to have the end length trimmed again (maybe 1/4 in to 1/2 in - which we cut off with a scissors). It was not instant contact, we could pick it up again and reset it - and the final contact stayed firm. We put the weights on right away (5 lbs through 120 lbs) and it looks good and I expect it to be durable.

Does It Smell? Is It Any Good?
The product is fit for use, so let's talk about the odor. Clearly the greatest problem with this product is the smell and it does smell, strongly when you unwrap it. Even out of doors it has a strong rubber smell. Your hands will smell when you handle it. When you remove the plastic wrap you might see that has a yellow cast, as does the removable clear sheet separating the layers. I unwrapped both rolls and loosened them a bit to make space between the layers. I put one in a swimming pool (location secret to protect me) and the other on the deck. The water around the one roll took on a slight yellow cast. The next day the smell was less for both rolls. I laid one strip out flat in the sun and the other I left in the pool. At the end of the day both rolls were significantly less odorous. I installed both of them as rain flaps at the bottom of the roof on a rolling roof instrument shelter. The next day there was a slight odor of rubber in the shelter, sort of like the smell of a new tire. instrument shelter, less of a smell than a new tire. That said it is just what I needed. The dimensions are correct, though one piece was a bit LONGER than 10'. One star off for the exceptionally strong smell when the package is first opened.

It is a roll of rubber. If you need rolled rubber this is it.
It was a rolled sheet of rubber. Sheet rubber cut into a roll. The entire roll was rubber. It appeared it had been cut out of a larger sheet of rubber, then rolled into a roll. I am not sure why the asked for a review. How could one judge a roll of rubber?
