Really horrible packaging twice even with the replacement.2. The screws included to mount the door closer tend to loose their heads they get easily shaved off if you use power tools to install them.3. Instructions could have been a bit clear as the carpenter might understand them but a normal person should definitely look for other video or a bit clearer Instructions to get it installed.PROS:1. Quality of the product is good except the screws as mentioned earlier.2. Does its job as mentioned and very smooth operation if installed correctly.3.
