I think the spring rate is pretty much perfect for this bike for a 180-200lb rider. Feels much more planted and less bouncy. Adjustability is nice and it responds to adjustments nicely. This is a great value in my opinion. I’ve had this on the bike for about 8 months now without any issues or leaks. Still functions like day one.
