They initially helped with headaches, but I noticed that my eyes were feeling fatigued after using them and came to the conclusion that they were too dark for my work environment. They definitely block blue light, but I needed something that let more light in and swapped to a pair of liquette lenses (35% vs the 65%). I liked: The build quality: they feel sturdy without being too heavy. Fit: I took measurements from my sunglasses and these fit as expected. The bridge was especially comfortable. My ears are a little asymmetrical and these sit straight on my face (bonus of a thicker bridge, I've noticed) Headphones: These squeeze my head and become painful if worn with my over the ear headphones (Polk Striker Pros) Didn't like: Lenses: They had to be cleaned frequently. I felt like I was always taking them off to clean some smudge or make things less dirty. They'd pick up finger prints through the cleaning bag/carrying case. Dark: too dark for my frequently already dark home office environment.
