I was skeptical of these at first -- I bought them mainly because the other Uncle Moishy gummies taste great, and I figured these wouldn't hurt and were at least worth a try, when I was babysitting a then 2-year-old who has a cold almost every time I see him (I watch him for a week at a time, every couple months, when my friend comes up from LA for a class, so he probably gets the cold from the plane ride). But it seems like they actually do help prevent and get rid of colds. And I don't think it's a placebo effect, because, while I wasn't sure they wouldn't help, I certainly wasn't *expecting* them to do anything more than taste good.
