Leider nagt der Zahn Zeit auch an mir und mit den Jahren merkt man, dass man sich eben nicht mehr so schnell verbessern kann sich aber dafür deutlich schneller verletzt. Als Sportler setze ich auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, was viele andere Sportler auch tun und generell sinnvoll sein kann. Kollagen kommt im Organismus vor und sorgt unter Anderem für eine glatte geschmeidige Haut. Im Beauty-Bereich wird es häufig in Cremes, oder Gels verwendet, da es die Haut aufpolstert und Falten mindert bzw. die Bildung verlangsamt. Kollagen kann man nicht nur cremen, sondern natürlich auch einnehmen und so wirkt es ganzheitlich im Körper. Durch den Volleyball habe ich sehr oft Probleme mit den Gelenken. Irgendwas schmerzt ständig und bereitet Probleme. Man wird eben auch nicht jünger und der lange Lockdown waren auch nicht gerade förderlich. Auch hier wirkt Kollagen und ich muss sagen, dass ich deutlich weniger anfällig für Verletzungen bin. Natürlich ist man damit nicht unverwundbar und natürlich muss man Kollagen dann regelmäßig und über einen längeren Zeitraum einnehmen. Ich fahre damit aber sehr gut und ergänze meinen üblichen Proteinshake mit Kollagen. Meine Haut ist ebener und die Poren kleiner geworden. Auch Pickel sind äußerst selten geworden. An sich ist Hautbild deutlich besser geworden. Das Pulver löst sich im Wasser recht gut auf. Der Geschmack ist sehr gut, künstlich, aber durchaus trinkbar. Scitec ist aber generell für einen sehr angenehmen Geschmack bekannt. An trainingsfreien Tagen mische ich das Pulver in mein Müsli und bringe so geschmacklich auch mal etwas Abwechslung in den Tag.
