I placed the HEIGHT INCREASER into my right trainer, then placed my foot inside. It felt firm with a good balance of absorption. However, walking in it was a hole nother story. I took about 10 steps across the room and could feel immediate chafing on the back of my heel; which was now hanging half way out of my trainer.It was a poor fit for me. It was just TOO high!
