My skin looks great and I am hopeful that continued use will help me maintain a youthful complexion. I noticed a difference in my skin after a couple of weeks. I took before and after photos but I don't know what I've done with them. If I find them, I will post them here. I also notice that I don't need as much body lotion every day, which is nice because I tend toward drier skin. My gums were delicate for a few years after some dental surgery and after taking this consistently, they’ve become healthier and stronger. I wasn’t expecting that at all so didn’t make the association at first. Collagen is basically a shot of pure amino acids. Zint seems to dissolve better than Vital Proteins, which I also like, but VP is much more expensive and my body can’t tell a difference in the price!! There are others but they seem much more expensive for what you get. I’ve tried them, and this is still my go-to. I think you’re missing the youth boat if you don’t take collagen every day.
