Adjusting the height of the hammock is easy, but is better for 2 people to do. Removing the hammock from the frame can be done in seconds if you need to take it off during bad weather. The frame has a little give to it, as in it's not held together completely tight, but this allows it to adjust as you get on and off of it. For the price it's definitely worth it.
