The hoops work good though the ribbon at the top to tie is a bit flimsy and I hand to rethread. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rock out with your skirt out. *by T***O on March 9, 2018* As hoopskirts go this is not the worst, I bought it for my little sister to use under a Cinderella dress. It will get the job done. I am going to have to fiddle with it a little bit because the top hoop is almost too small in comparison to the rest of the hoops. It just looks a little funny. I like the bottom of it though they lined it with a tiny bit of lace trim really pretty! My sister is about a size 8-10 in jeans and it fits her pretty nicely. The ribbon they fed through to tie it up is waaaaaay too short I am going to string a much longer one through for easier use in the future. I am about a size 16-18 in jeans, if you too are right on the cusp of straight sizes this will fit, again it will need a different ribbon but you will be able to make this work. The top ring of this is going to look a little odd though, like I said before it's a tad small.
