The wheels are great quality, the liner is of good quality, although one has already experienced a tear, but all in all this is a good liner. I would say that the frame is not built for transport. It bends easier than I thought it would during transport. It would be great for a building, or in-house laundry cart use, but not for a portable solution without frame bending/damage.
