Better than regular safety glasses. Lenses easy to remove so that I don't have to deal with glasses fogging. Silicone on the top of the frame and nosepiece help to keep the goggles on tight and also provide cushion for comfort as well as protection from ball impact. You can see the bottom of the frame when you're wearing the goggles but peripheral vision is otherwise fine.
