On my diet I can't eat anything! lol  Thanks to this book I can cheat and feel self rightous about it.I use all the no soy/no oil recipes. Nut butters and coconut milk are my usual ingredients and I use coconut sugar instead of agave or other sweetners.I never cook with Stevia anymore it is too iffy.  So give this a try if you want. I'm happy I did and can stick to my guns about healthier eating.

A well written book with clear explanations and solutions to any problems encountered.  Recipes were tremendous ...a very complete list of different ingredients to use. Would definitely recommend anyone who loves to make ice cream to purchase and keep in their cooking library.
