**Q: How do I fix the strap?it came packaged wierd and the strap is bent and has dents**
A: The strap was bent on my bag also but it will straighten out.  Put something like a can of coke in the bag (just anything a little heavy), and hang the bag by the strap.  After a day or so, the strap will straighten right out.

I needed an inexpensive, nice bag to go out. This one is perfect with a zipper pocket for my ID, and spacious enough for anything else I need to bring. Zippers work well, bag is thick, and no strings. It doesn't feel cheap either. Really good for the price
