Review: Good flavor and easy to take, albeit pricey - This is a great vitamin D3 supplement in a highly bioavailable liquid form. It has a good dosage of 5,000 UI per serving size of 1ml. Very easy to take and tastes great. Simply place under tongue and hold for 30-90 seconds and then swallow. It is an effective supplement for Vitamin D deficiency since it is the same vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) that is naturally produced by the skin under sunlight. The pineapple flavor is good. It contains no fruit juice. This comes in a translucent blue glass bottle with a dropper cap for easy administrating. The dropper is metered so that you can draw the exact dosage. It comes packaged in a nice hard box case and plastic wrapped for protection. The other listed ingredients are almond oil, stevia and orange oil. Made in USA. Overall, I like this product a lot. Good flavor and easy to use. The only drawback is the high price. A great but pricey liquid supplement.
