Haven't actually used them in the shower but have walked around everywhere else with them. They worked out great and are pretty comfy. The material makes them easy to sanitize. The fit isn't bad. The heel support is pretty comfy. I wouldn't recommend long walks with them on but to wear as house slippers or for a short hospital stay they are comfortable.
