Do you sell this replacemen part?t fi** A: I had the same issue and contacted the company directly via email. They replied very quickly and told me although they do sell the filter separately they were at the time out of stock. They managed to supply me with a part used one FOC. Which arrived within days. Very helpful and friendly people. **Q: Our pool is 1.3m deep, would this be ok? Or would it work if this much of it was submerged?** A: Hi this will be more than adequate. I have a large lazyspa 2mx2m and i can reach the other side of the pool, mine works very well. **Q: Rechargeable- is it a rechargeable battery, which is recharged by plugging into an electric socket please?** A: You recharge it by plugging in the main long section which has its port at the end. There isn't a separate battery. Hope that helps.
