So is Fisetin. However, Fisetin has been in a double blind placebo study on a large cohort of seniors and has been proven to be the most effective antioxidant available. The study is available in NIH. Peer reviewed, large cohort with longevity review. The fact this product combines the two is great. As a senior I take 1 to 2 each day to eliminate the build up of senescent cells which contribute to inflammation. But taking it at an earlier age would be beneficial.
