I have one of my own and I purchased this one for my sister. I tried it today (to see which one was better) and it got hot pretty quickly, which is a nice feature, especially in the morning when getting ready for work. It has a comfortable hand grip on it while combing through your hair, which I also find very important when going through my long hair. so I know my sister will be pleased.

I purchased this straightening brush to try nd tame my thick curly hair. When it arrived in the mail I tried it out immediately. It did an okay job straightening my hair. I still had quite a few waves in my hair that I went over several more times and still wasn’t able to straighten.I was hoping for a better result. It did make my hair easier to style and that was about it. I won’t be wearing my hair down after using this which is a bit disappointing.

I bought one smaller thinner brush but returned it to Amazon because it was not working. It did not get hot at all. It is so easy to return with Amazon and I choose to get a gift card so I coul find another one. Gift card was ready to apply to my new purchase in two days so I bought this one. The Valuva. It came in two days and I love it. It heated up in less than a minute. It is pretty and has turn on buttons on the side. It has 360 cord and is just the right size easy to use and lightweight. The LED light is easy to read. Love the brush teeth or what ever they call it. I had not combed my hair all ray and it was a mess with tangles. I was able to brush thru it. I have colored hair and it is very thin. It did a good job and I am so please with this item. I did take a video but well I hate my pictures. Never did this before and not good with selfies. Trust me you will love this item and my hair was straightened and dangle free in minutes.

this does work for my thin..hair..but all waves dont smooth out..and my hair is frizzy..but a little better. I think it's worth it as long as you dont expect perfection and put products after

My hair is not super curly but soft and frizzy a lot. I hated having to blow out and then straighten my hair and it took me over 1 hour to do this.But this brush straightened it perfectly.it got my annoying baby hairs very well. I can actually do my hair in under 5 minutes!!! works so quickly and so well you hardly realize it's done it's job until you look in the mirror at the finished job and admire your silky smooth hair!! It cuts flat ironing time at least in half! It look better than really straight and flat. does not work as well as I was hoping

I had my doubts if a product like this would work well, especially on my curly/frizzy hair, but it did work. I'm so happy with it so far. It cut down the time it takes to flatiron my hair. Easy to use, and has a wide range of heat settings. I tried mine at 350 and that seems to be hot enough for me. Heats up very fast, too. I don't generally do many reviews, but I had doubts on this, so I thought I'd put in a positive review for those considering it.

I have had this for over a year however have only used it maybe 5 times. I got it for situations where i need it in a hurry.It now has an err message after only 5 or less uses. Its over a year old, but i think it should last more than five heat ups.
