There was no damage to the packaging or wrap but one of the corners was significantly damaged with backing paint missing (see photos). There were no loose glass chips or paint in the packaging leading me to believe that it left the factory like this. Using Amazon, at least, there appears to be no way of replacing just the glass without shipping the entire set back to the vendor. Well that simply is not an option, especially since unwrapping the glass was the last step in assembly. As far as the chairs, I had to hammer one of the metal pegs on each chair straight to get them to line up and fit into the seat bottoms. And one the bolts stripped during installation. Lastly, both chairs wobble when you're not sitting in them. Without bending the frames themselves there is no way to adjust for this. I'm keeping the set because most of the problems didn't present themselves until I was past the point of no return.
