We thought ‘Why would there be anything but peanuts in peanut butter?’ and hence ‘What’s to clean up?’ Boy were we wrong! There’s a high chance that your favourite nut butter brand has palm oil, added salt and sugar and chemical emulsifiers. We use a max of 4 ingredients in any of our peanut butters. These are Peanuts (duh!), dates (for the sweet one), real chocolate (that we make in-house) and pure whey. That’s all!
