This sour cream powder has helped me in a pinch quite a few times! The flavor is delicious, and it is great to have on hand especially if you aren't able to get fresh often like us, as we live very remote and do not have regular access to grocery stores! Have not tried it yet but when storm or event comes through and you have to use your pantry to live, this keeps food interesting. Too easy to become bored with the mundane preps. A dollup on top of your chili makes you feel happy again. I gave this a 4 star and not a 5 because I have not tried it yet.
