I started taking it back in Feb 2014 when I had pneumonia. I still take it daily to help with my allergies and excessive mucus from being around polluted city air. It works great. **Q: Will it stop wheezing?** A: It stopped my wheezing. I also take Sinus clear and Asthma Clear. May not be necessary for all three for your problem. I was getting one bout after another of bronchitis for years. The doctor finally figured that I had allergies and asthma. I take one of each both night and morning. If I start to get congested at all I take an extra Clear Lungs. It says right on the bottle that you can take them for maintenance after getting well. Don't be afraid to take extra ones if necessary. I would recommend them to everyone with any kind of lung problems. **Q: Does this break up mucus similar to Mucinex DM?** A: For me, it doesn’t break up the mucus like Mucinex. It kind of prevents having excess mucus, so there’s nothing to cough out/up. But when I have a cold or flu, I still need to take mucinex but on a very limited bases. **Q: What are the ingredients in this product because I am on Warfarin and I need to know if there would be interactions.** A: UPDATE (Jan. 17, 2018): the ClearLungs Extra Strength formula no longer contains homeopathy. The FDA requested that RidgeCrest Herbals no longer used homeopathics in their products, so they were voluntarily removed with the final date for sell on November 1st, 2017. This request was made for ALL products in our line. The homeopathics were less than 1% of the total formula and no ingredients were changed in the original formula. It is better than any cold medicine sold there. I suffer from chronic sinus infections from colds and chest infections if the cold reaches my lungs, both produce an extreme amount of mucus. Probably a result of having sjogrens. This works quickly, and I can breathe normally fairly soon. What I love and this may be gross is that is allows me to blow the infected mucus from my nose. I have narrow nasal passages and every time I get a cold I immediately clog up and can't breathe. I have used nasal sprays and neti pots (tried also all OTC cold medicines and breathe right strips, and natural medicines) which work but for a short time and do not help me clear out the infected mucus. I'm usually miserable for two weeks and have missed many days of work because of a cold gone infected. I wish I had known about this product sooner. It really does balance out the mucus levels. I bought the extra strength blue bottle. I will of course buy this product again. I take one pill before I sleep and I take one pill when I wake up. I had increased it to two pills before I sleep when I had really bad congestion, peak of the cold for two nights. Used for a week and a half. This was the first time I ever remember having a cold and not being miserable. I love this stuff. I can think in the day and my nose doesn't bother me until I need to blow it. I had a bad sinus infection in Jan 2015 which had me hunting again for relief, I bought this for my next cold.
