There's not enough Omega-3 is their formulation to support a thick oil like canola without a large volume of surfactants (gums, etc), so why not just add back the soy oil? Soybean is my go-to if coconut and partners aren't available. **Q: How many servings** A: You have the option of 1 scoop @ 200 calories they call a serving. You have 24 of those. Or you could use 2 scoops for a 400 calorie meal which would use the product much quicker. Of course you could scoop your heart out for more calories.
