The taste is a bit tart and oddly sweet, but I can handle that. After prolonged use, I noticed that my energy levels were picking up and overall I felt really good. I have mood imbalances due to digestive issues, but this B-Complex really helps me out. I can definitely tell when I've forgotten to take it in the mornings. I also take this because it helps with my adrenal/thyroid fatigue, and also because I get easily stressed out and have a pretty stressful job.
