This gel insoles are incredibly comfortable. After a high impact accident and multiple pelvis surgeries, I have 12mm leg discrepancy. I was given an orthotic heel lift which was very hard and narrow so it kept moving. I also have high arch so insoles that help with shock absortion are a must for me. I bought the male ones as they are wider and they fit perfectly in my trainers and even in my crocs withouth moving at all. I am so happy!!!! no more pain in my heels.
