You could thin and do some washy, watercolor-like effects with these. I don't know if they have honey. Some of the colors are just slightly sticky, but they are more fluid than say, Da Vinci, and while I like Da Vinci, these are a better consistency out of the tube for painting, but they wet down nicely, and they re-wet nicely and haven't cracked on the palette once dry. I haven't used a gouache that seems so loaded with pigment. And the colors in these seasonal sets are gorgeous. I don't usually go for mixed colors, but these palettes are gorgeous. The tubes are expensive, but these 40ish dollar sets are well worth the price, as are the 15 and 24 sets... A lot of the negative feelings people have about gouache is due to having used dry, bad gouache... These are lovely and mostly opaque. The orange yellow was the only one that leaned transparent.
