The silver plate is by far the hardest part to get up, as you have to find the mounting screws with tiny holes through the plate. Then you have to make sure everything is level, but that is also very difficult because if 1 of the 4 screws need to be adjusted, you have to take the plate down and start over. It took me quite some time to get this up.
