My daughter play tennis for her high school and we needed to get her a chill towel to dry off her sweat and stay cool. She is able to use this at tennis practice around her neck to keep her cool while playing. The towels work fine, however, they don't stay cool as long as others that I have purchased. If you are inside and you need to cool off, these will probably work well.
